**Role Summary:**

Lead the content development and be the lead trainer for nursing portfolio of customer-facing education offerings. Work closely with a team of producers, multimedia development specialists, and other groups as needed, to develop accredited Education programs primarily for nursing modality.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

Executing the development of all nursing Education program components main program content, supplement, and assessments.

Implementing the Global Content Development Work Instruction and approval policies to develop interactive, competency-based clinical modules (video, slides with voice-overs, computer based training, or other formats) using solid instructional design principles.

Developing all programs as per schedule, requirements, and prioritization process of the regional education team. Using project-planning techniques to ensure all program development timelines and quality goals are met.

Facilitating the accreditation work when needed

Create train the trainer programs

Develop all components of the program on schedule by following all the requirements of the global customer education content development process. Develop other clinical content deliverables for modalities and regions.


- Masters Degree in Nursing with NCLEX-RN preferred and minimum 10 years of overall experience

Excellent interpersonal & communications skills - oral & written, including the ability to collaborate with other team members in the Global Services Customer Education organization, Marketing, and other team members

Team player and results oriented.

Accept and adhere to regulatory, compliance, and safety procedures.

Strong understanding of clinical healthcare customers and customer environment.

Excellent time & program management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects to meet established deadlines.

Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.

Willingness to travel extensively

**Desired Characteristics:**

- Proven and progressive previous experience in sales/services/promotion to C-suite and technical decision makers e.g. CEOs, Strategic Planning Directors, Facilities/Estates managers, Biomedical Engineers, nursing staff, medical specialty staff (Anesthesiology, Radiology, Intensive care, Nuclear Physicists etc.)
