Informa Investment Solutions, Inc. (IIS) is currently seeking a Client Services Specialist to join its team.  We are looking for organized, disciplined self-starters that strive to deliver a world class standard of Customer Service. Continually improve your product and industry knowledge to ensure the best support can be offered to all clients and lead by example in all forms of Client communication.

  • Provide daily support, data issue resolution, and special request processing for Clients.
  • Ensure key enhancements to the product or service are communicated to all users, through emails, web-based training and personal calling
  • As the voice of product end users, capture and represent their business requirements and feedback to internal stake holders
  • Ensure that all activities with clients are logged in Salesforce.
  • Participate in business improvement initiatives and client escalations as appropriate
  • Feed any new leads through to the appropriate sales channel.
  • Provide timely communication to your manager on any client, process or product related issues
  • Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor. This may include some night or weekend work.

Required Experience
  • Education - 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.          
  • Financial Industry Knowledge with a basic understanding of investment securities.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Microsoft Access is preferred.
  • Experience of trouble shooting technical issues with web accessible data products.
  • Responsibility and Initiative - An ability to work independently in an efficient and responsible manner.
