ASSOCIATE CLIENT SUPPORT CONSULTANT: In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. You'll be the one providing the on-the-spot support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in today's increasingly competitive global marketplace.

 

IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST: Do you have a passion for out-of-the-box thinking and a commitment to making sure customers get the most for their investments? At ADP, the Implementation team is driven by our customers' success. With us, you'll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information -- helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. You provide the expert support that makes our integrated solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll leverage our top-ranked training programs and world-class service guidelines to create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • What you'll do in Client Service:
    • Respond to basic inquiries regarding ADP products and non-technical questions
    • Use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues
  • What you'll do in Implementation:
    • Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution
    • Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs
    • Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, business processes
    • Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs
    • Implement ADP's solution to non-complex clients, following ADP guidelines, and in accordance with client expectations
    • Engage with client throughout implementation, until client is successfully running ADP solutions
 

SPRING 2019 INTERNSHIP -- CLIENT SERVICE: As a Client Service team Intern, you will contribute to project-based deliverables aligned to your field of study. You will interact with professionals who will guide and support you to enhance your professional skills, while gaining relevant experience in a business environment. You will acquire knowledge of industry methods to provide exceptional customer service to support internal and external clients and maximize their use of our human capital management solutions.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, May 2019 undergraduate preferred

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

  • Experience working in client service/customer service environment (such as retail, restaurant, banking, etc.) or systems integration environment
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with good interpersonal skills and ability to contribute in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to provide positive results with professionalism and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and to prioritize your work-load and commitments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours during peak processing periods, including calendar year-end.
    • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
    • Completed 3 years of a 4 year degree program
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent communication (verbal, written and reporting) skills
    • Able to demonstrate attention to detail, superb organizational and follow up skills
    • Ability to work effectively under time constraints while maintaining a positive service attitude
    • Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment
    • Proactive, can-do attitude and a desire to learn
    • Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
    • Proficiency in finding information on the internet
    • Aptitude towards organizing projects, multi-tasking
    • Quantitative, analytical, process and troubleshooting skills
    • Project management, analysis and research skills
    • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
    • Ability to organize data, analyze data and produce reports
