The Manufacturing Operations in Wilton Connecticut is responsible for the production of lithography tools as well as purchasing and logistics.
One of ASML’s business drivers is to prepare ASML to become a >€11B company through people development and maturity of the organization. In order to do so, ASML started the FMO Greenfield Program. Goal of this program is to replace current global SAP solutions with new standard SAP and implement foundation concepts worldwide, based on global standard processes. The ASML Wilton office is the first site mover towards the new situation.

## Job Mission

The Project Management Officer is responsible for actively supporting the Business Project Lead of FMO Wilton Implementation in his/her day-to-day business, providing timely and accurate project information and support in effective decision making. On top, this role consists of change coordinator activities that support the Wilton Business Leads in preparing the organization for the new way of working.

## Job Description



* Pro-actively assists the Business Project Lead in managing the project:



* By setting-up, arranging and co-facilitating workshops and meetings


* By preparing meeting agenda’s and share minutes on decision making


* By being the linking pin between the project team, stakeholders and project management


* By providing accurate project management dashboard reporting & metrics (status on the triple constraints


* by preparing communication and/or escalations on the issues/risks and the required contingency/mitigation actions to the project board and key stakeholders;


* by providing input during the portfolio balancing process


* by securing documentation of all relevant Project Management documents and decisions;



* Support the Wilton Business Leads (BL) in their operational Change Management activities:


* By creating an overall cross sector stakeholder map


* By supporting BL’s in facilitating team events (e.g. town halls, team sessions, readiness meetings.)


* By rolling up Change Management plans from BL’s


* By content creation of specific communication materials (e.g. local news updates)


* By assisting in setting up Readiness surveys (and reports)


Position in the Organization
Although you work in Wilton and from the ASML Wilton Factory organization, in the line organization of ASML you are formally part of an internationally working group in ASML that is residing under de department ASML Operations Strategy & Excellence (OSE). That group is called Operations Portfolio Execution (OPE). This is a group of about 55 professionals in roles as program managers, project leaders, change managers, requirements engineers and PMO.

## Education



* Bachelor or master degree, preferably Business Engineering or Technical Business Administration or equivalent experience


* Preferably certified in Prince2, IPMA-D, IPMA PMO, PM-Bok or similar

## Experience



* Minimum of 3 years working experience as a hands-on Project Management Officer for complex programs and projects or as a (Junior) Project Leader in a dynamic and innovative high-tech organization.


* Expert knowledge in the area of Project Management in a high-tech environment
