ADP is hiring an experienced HCM Business Process Optimization (BPO) Consultant. In this position, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions and HCM know how so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.

The BPO Consultant interacts with our clients and their organization with a high degree of professionalism to architect business solutions with a high level of accuracy based upon clearly defined project scope. The BPO Consultant is responsible for the ongoing development and delivery of optimization services in post-sales settings that relate to complex business process analysis and optimization engagements. You will be responsible to ensure ADPs systems and processes are optimally configured to meet the client HCM demand. Provide leadership and dedicated ownership of complex value-added client services projects, acting as the lead consultant working with skilled associates within the Service organization.

  • Project leadership; assess scope, build plans, build efficiencies logs, architect holistic solutions, manage resource implementation of solutions, track progress, support client testing, cut over, and go live activities
  • Identify relevant data points to be gathered and analyzed
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and work to define change strategies
  • Present key recommendations to our clients' representatives
  • Monitors project progress and provides regular updates to the client, and vested ADP stakeholders
  • Act as a lead consultant, conduct internal brainstorming sessions to design clients future state, lead team to implement future state
  • Serve as an end to end product/process client subject matter expert (Recruitment, HR, Time, Benefits, Payroll, GL, Reporting)


  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HCM Business process optimization
  • Experience implementing HCM solutions
  • Highly developed planning, organizing and negotiating skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • ADP Product knowledge preferred however overall HCM experience will be an asset
  • Superior client service skills (both verbal and written) and strong active listening skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross functional teams
  • English/French Bilingualism is strongly preferred
  • Ability to Travel
