* 1 - 3 years of experience required

* Performs a wide range of functions, including but not limited to, accounts receivable billing, cash posting, collections and interaction with families and the Department of Social Services. Works to ensure the timely and accurate reimbursement for services provided to residents of the facility. Supports the overall operation and efficiency of the Finance Department and works closely with the facility bookkeepers at the centralized business office.

* Education High School diploma or equivalent. Equivalent experience in bookkeeping or related duties preferred.**

Experience Ability to gather, interpret and analyze data.

* Specialized Skills Strong data entry and ability to work with long term care software, Excel and Word. Ability to complete projects within prescribed time frames; proven communication and organizational skills. Ability to proofread and maintain a high degree of accuracy. Respect for confidentiality.

* Flexibility in working hours due to occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

* Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
