Job Summary

The College of Public Health is seeking a faculty member in Biostatistics to teach Masters and doctoral students; conduct research, primarily focusing upon biostatistics as it relates to public health issues; and contribute to the service mission of the academic unit. This position requires a working relationship with faculty in other UK academic and research units. He or she will serve on appropriate committees and professional organizations on a national level, and appropriate College of Public Health, University, and department committees.

Demonstrated ability in research, teaching, and service.
Ability to relate with internal and external constituencies of the University involved in related disciplines.
Interpersonal skills in communicating with a wide variety of professionals within and outside the University.
A good understanding of public health issues and research in this area.
