Job Description

This position is responsible for administrative support to the VP of Global Digital Health and provides support to the Digital Health department.

 

Responsibilities Include:

1) General administrative support for assigned Vice Presidents and their direct reports, including scheduling meetings and appointments, general data entry, information updates, reporting requirements, preparation of routine correspondence, preparation of presentations and spreadsheets, copying and distribution of documents.

2) Domestic and International travel coordination (flights/hotels/transportation), American Express card reconciliation, and department expense report management as needed.

3) Support the coordination of small and large meetings (domestic and international) with internal and external business partners.

4) Manages vendor MSA/SOW process, purchase requisitions, invoicing, and brand/department budgets.

5) Supports the general administrative duties in the Cambridge office, including managing conference room scheduling, ordering materials and office supplies, and office visitors.

6) Other projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Experience Required: 5+ years experience in an administrative support role for senior executives.
  • Experience in fast paced, corporate environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced skill level in MS Office including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of teleconference and videoconference services.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, integrity and discretion.
  • Must be able to multi-task and work with changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required.
  • Client service oriented. Detail oriented.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Bachelor's Degree
