Intelligence

The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsibilities

The individual selected will provide support across the operating Segment to include assisting with the overall new business planning and execution of the Segment as well as business development and capture support. A familiarity with LOE and completion contracts is key as well as a basic understanding of cost reimbursable, fixed price, and time and materials contracts. The ability to foster effective business relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal Perspecta stakeholders are key to the success of this role.

Duties:

Work closely with the Segment Leadership on tactical and strategic planning for the division to include new business planning, capture, and new business processes.

Assist with and lead Business Capture activities across multiple customer sets for new business across the portfolio. This will involve leading and writing technical/management solutions and involvement in staffing, resume writing, strategic recruiting, writing past performance content, and possibly working collaboratively with partners to edit or format content they have provided

Ability to visit customer sites to engage with customers on known and unknown business opportunities, vet potential solutions, and refine our solutions for upcoming pursuits

Support Business Area SharePoint sites and Partner Portals.

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 12 to15 years, with at least six plus years as a manager. Incumbent will have a specialized knowledge in one or more fields of disciplines and general knowledge in a number of others.

  • Working knowledge of business processes, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledge of business development and capture strategies.
  • Strong familiarity, relationships, and knowledge with the business segments customer base
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience of how to articulate solutions in a proposal
  • Knowledge of program management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to work and quickly transition across multiple tasks
  • Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, logical, and concise products
  • Superior organizational and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interface effectively via written and oral forums with personnel at all levels of government and contractor staff
  • Strong skills using MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in and figure out white space
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Primary Work Location:
